Right to Complain: To make a complaint please contact PepperTree Complete Care, LLC (PTCC) at 832-900-2384.  One of our representatives will contact you within three (3) business days of the agency’s receipt of the complaint to initiate a resolution or investigation.  You may also contact these departments to make a complaint:

• CLASS: HHSC Consumer Rights and Services 800-458-9858
• HCS: HHSC Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Ombudsman at 800-252-8154.

Reporting Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation: If you have knowledge of or think anyone within our company abusing, neglecting, or exploiting any individual, tell someone you trust, such as a staff person, your parent, guardian family member, or immediately call but no later than one hour:
